i liked the material and topics but the presentation skills of the instructor is not good .. reading from slides is not a professional way to teach someone. i lost my focus many times because of this point.

A lot of good information and learning. However, I think the lessons was a bit boring. The lecturer just read what was on the slides.

all of video is really good but don't have reading lessons and resources like another course. Overall it's really highly recommend to you if you want to have basic BA

amazing and very useful course in growing one's career graph professional

I found this course very intuitive, interesting, practically applicable to most organization's business and process automation needs. In particular, it didn't seem like an online course because of the Coursera's format, content dissemination skills of the facilitator and the simplicity of link between typical Business Analysis and RPA alignment.

I must thank Cousera and IIBA for this wonderful package which I promise myself would take me to the another level of my practice as a Business & Marketing Communications Analyst, now armed with the edge of Processes Automation. Of course I can perceive my CBAP certification loading ahead!

GOod content and way of putting it. Gives a lot of insights into process analysis. However a small suggestion that, a bit more focus on evaluating process for automation and what goes and what does not could be included.
