This course is fairly easy if you know something about statistics for data mining already. Well explained topics & also further reading suggestions are given, which is a bonus.

Very nice and easy to understand but basic explanation of cluster analysis without implementation technicalities and pitfalls. I would have also loved to see an example code (eg, in R).
