The course was excellent, it wraps many advanced concepts that I haven't ever heard. Highly recommend this course

There were interesting topics, but to really gain skills in these topics I see the need in reading django documentation and implement such features in your own project. During the course I meet some stupid tests, but there were some hints. There are also some bugs on the codio platform. Codio platform works on linux, so It can be nice to now some basic linux-commands

It has a lot of very good information! but the learning platform does not work correctly, and the questions and tasks seem to me not to be written correctly.

Minimal staff help and feedback

I must say, when finding this course I was psyched. I was hoping to go a bit deeper and really dive into more detailed topics of Django.

Unfortunately, I was rather disappointed in the end. It was such a drag to follow along in this course. Might just be a personal opinion, but I'd prefer some video content to explain some basics and then dive into some good exercises. I had a bunch of experience in the topics already, so nothing was too new for me. But just going along step by step without a big picture in mind just ended up in copy-pasting code eventually, even though I deliberately avoided it in the beginning. It was hard for me to follow the instructions as they were often not too well explained in my opinion. Not sure I will follow with the next courses in this specialisation.

The coding plattform i bad. Tried for 30 mins to find out how to get the code editor back.

I had very worst experience with Codio. I do not recommend this course.

When I decided to be a Back-end developer I started my learning journey with Meta (Back-End certificate) and ,after I finished it ,I have enrolled in Advanced Django specialization . I just to say Thank you for the instructors to build my knowledge in more powerful way (the course is free videos) and I suggest every body who needs to know what is going behind the scene to join this series . Django 4.2

This course is fully practical and covers very essential aspects of website development with Django: template tags and filters, optimization, configuration, authentication, third-party authentication and many others.

I will advise anyone with basic Django skills to take this course so as to take thier Django skill to the next level.

The course is of extreme quality, all lectures are well done, well redacted and thay make it really easy to learn all the concepts. Also the IDE works extraordinary well. Great subject variety. Only downside, It took me 20+h to finish it, not 10h as it says in the course page.

Thorough approach to teach web backend through Django framework. Makes you learn complicated things in one-shot.
