Module 2 will help you manage stakeholder expectations within project constraints and understand important project procurement and vendor selection concepts. We'll also explain how to develop contingency plans to address project constraints, project procurement and vendor selection concepts, the value of artifacts in the discovery/concept preparation phase for a project. You will learn to perform activities during the project initiation, planning, and execution phase. Finally, we'll explain the importance of activities performed during the closing phase.

In this module, you will learn about facilitating stakeholder engagement and communication, how to assess the impact of changes on project objectives, use the appropriate tools throughout the project life cycle, as well as project management productivity tools. Finally we'll analyze quality and performance charts that can help inform project decisions.

Our final module in the Project+ path will summarize basic environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors related to project management activities, as well as explain relevant information security concepts impacting project management concepts, compliance and privacy considerations impacting project management, basic IT concepts relevant to IT project management and operational change-control processes during an IT project.
