Great course as a refresher or introduction to the world of Corporate Finance. Prof. Estrada got the right balance between theory and real-life examples and is a great lecturer.

I like the structure and the tests and ease of learning and note taking. supporting documents also were very helpful. the instructor was very well explaining the materials and examples. Thank you.

I imagine the professor is an EXCELLENT teacher in person. However, it was very difficult to follow the material online, mainly because there was a lot of information and little time. I think it would be more helpful to have the lectures scripted, with some side comments (just to keep it more concise/easy to follow). It was just a lot of words and often overly repetitive. Again, I believe the professor would be amazing in person, but the online format is not as easy to listen to. Thank you.

The values in the calculation must match the values given by the professor. And in response to other students to the same question (my question was generally ignored), they say it is not important, not necessary, because the professor uses his numbers. Sorry, but this is fundamentally wrong. It is impossible to fix the material if the answers are different when calculating between a student and a professor!

Very elementary coursework. Quizzes were too simple while I expected some challenging questions that'll make you think. Please improve the assignment quality.
