This course has few key concepts that are presented too many times in the same way. The result is a course that could last half the time. Also, it has some errors, 3 of them in the quiz of week 2...

There was often repetition of topics across the three modules. This could have been condensed into at most two sessions, even then it would be a struggle.

If you’ve already led a security team, I don’t think this course is particularly necessary. The STS formula is flawed. Operational excellence is all about teamwork. Make sure you’re always present in conversations about your company’s products and services. That’s all there is to it! Oh, and if you need to read what you need to explain, you’re not ready to lecture. Sorry!
