These days I am obsessed with both education but also, critical reasoning skills. This specialization was well crafted from beginning to end. I loved Sydney and truly felt like we were in this journey together. I loved the insightful prompts and creative thinking exercises. Learning about all those companies and about their CEO's was fascinating. Entertaining and thought provoking.

The course provides a clear picture regarding the balancing of the speed of the decision-making process versus applying deep analysis in a decision scenario. A consideration of the underlying assumptions is very critical as one has to guard against making bad decisions due to negative biases.

The content is comprehensive and the assignments and engaging.

This course provided great direction on decision-making and considerations when making important decisions. The case studies and lectures provided detail and the activities were wonderful for providing guidance for reflecting and techniques for decision-making. The checklists at the end of the course provided an invaluable resource for moving forward.

I love the case studies approach. A lot of internal reflection which requires REAL thinking. Like any course you get out of it what you put into it, whether in a classroom or online. Tests andd formulas like some of the other courses require you to know are mostly meaningless in the REAL World. I feel I actually learn and can share this knowledge in the real world and apply it.

Brilliant keys shared by Professor through case studies to bring out the relevance of pre-judgement, biases and presumptions we have. Data fallacy and reviewing data in alignment with our decisions - was also highlighted. Safeguards to making good decisions was also quite insightful. The Millennial and the Mission Trap is one which completely resonates with the millennials!
