Good starting point.
I've taken several courses through Coursera and this was very disappointing. Each video was repeated by a reading that was virtually identical. While intentional repetition has its place for reinforcement, this quickly became tedious and frustrating since no new content or examples were provided to more fully develop or clarify the information. Also, while it claims to be for a broad audience, based on the content and given the number and range of roles recommended to participate in policy development, this has no applicability to small businesses who have little to no access to this level of resources. The AI narrative also became annoying very quickly, but that is minor compared to the other issues.
Provides a good overview of basic skeletal framework of what to consider when developing an AI policy for your organisation.
This was all very basic - felt a bit like AI drafted it! I understand it can't be specific to every business or organization, but I was hoping there would be more here.
