As a new learner, this was a basic and helpful course. However, the person teaching the lessons has an accent that is sometimes hard to follow. Plus, the intonation and general way of "reading" the texts make it even harder to understand. For example, the teacher pauses at very unnatural parts of the sentence where one normally wouldn't pause. Even though I am very proficient in English, I had to turn on subtitles after the 1st video. By the way, I am not hating on the accent. I know that it's not easy to speak a foreign language (I am also not native English) but I think the reading part could have been executed a lot better for a more natural flow. One last thing: I know this is just a starter course but the quizzes were way too easy. If I wanted, I could easily predict the correct answer most of the time without even looking at the question. All in all, thanks to everyone involved in putting this basic and fundamental course together. I appreciate the effort!
