Este breve curso, a mi parecer introductorio, permite obtener una visión objetiva de qué es lo que nuestros equipos de trabajo necesitan para realizar sus labores de manera eficiente y efectiva. Dentro de todos los aspectos inmiscuidos, encontramos el rol del "Manager", y de cómo nuestras actitudes, nuestras acciones y nuestras palabras pueden, de una manera tan profunda, impactar en cada uno de nuestros colaboradores y, en un fin ulterior afectar, de manera positiva o negativa, nuestros objetivos como equipo, y como organización. Lo recomiendo.

The Google People Management Essentials course on Coursera has been an incredibly insightful and practical learning experience. It helped me deeply understand the core principles of effective leadership — from leading with empathy and self-awareness to fostering a culture of trust, feedback, and continuous learning. The course structure was clear and engaging, combining Google’s research-based management practices with real-world examples and reflection activities. I especially appreciated the focus on coaching, communication, feedback frameworks (like SBI™), and time management strategies, as well as the integration of AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making. Overall, this course has truly elevated my perspective on leadership and people management. I highly recommend it to anyone aspiring to grow as a confident, empathetic, and impactful manager.

The most value I got from this course is about managing up and the importance of relationship building and networking. I haven't seen that content in other leadership courses. I am hoping to apply this strategy.
