The course title is misleading about the level of this course. It does not provide any hacks to fitness. The course is incredibly basic and intended for people with no exercise knowledge. It does provide the rudimentary information needed for someone new to fitness to understand why they need to work out. The instructors use the words strength, hypertrophy, and endurance interchangeably when they are actually different . If you have any understanding of fitness, your time would be better spent with a different course.

The course itself is good; however it does not let you submit the final quiz unless you upgrade to pay for certificate which make the course show as incomplete.

Videos were great but it would be better if the course provided more links to outside readings (eg books and research papers)

Ok course but too many errors throughout, including #4 on the final exam

Bad experience. Once you have completed the course, you are forced to buy the certificate in order to take the final test. Disappointing.
