The content was great. It was very informative. There were some glitches in the interface. Some spacing on words (for the quiz) were off. The slide decks available are not necessary as it did not contain the important info. It did not make much sense unless there was the voice over, which the video did.

I am a professional training content developer and trainer as well. I wanted to understand the process of development and delivering it to the right audience. However I wasn't aware that readiness of the learner do matter while executing the content.

A good course. But there are some sound issues in some videos - even with the highest volume, it was difficult to understand what the instructor was saying. That made me give this course a 4-star rating.

It will definitely help me in my career as an L&D specialist. It talks about very practical aspects of Learning transfer and how to make the training programs effective and achieve its intended goals.

It was a wonderful learning experience with Coursera, you made it look so easy. thankyou so much.
