Most of the written material is informative. Videos are not very helpful. Some of the details of different healthcare models such as IDS, ACO, MCO, EPO were difficult to separate, but I was able to ask AI chatbots who did some compare and contrasts as well as giving real live examples. In the sections where insurance card / benefits were given, there should have been multiple questions per card so we don't have to process so much info just to answer one question.

Good starter course. However, on the final I am not able to see what I got wrong.

Some screens could be reformatted, a couple slides in each section had cut off words or sentences, background boxes that needed to be expanded. Overall, I enjoyed the info and the PDF's.

I felt like I learned so much taking this course. Great for someone who is wanting to advance in their place of employment.

Great introduction to CPB

Good Course. Would like to see the option to have audio in addition to reading text.

There is a lot of good information taught; however, the quizzes and exams are just riddled with formatting, editing, and grammar errors. Some questions have images and/or text missing without which the questions cannot be answered accurately. Far too many images are of too low resolution for most people to see even when using one's browser or operating system feature to zoom in -- noting that this does not apply to the images that have properly been formatting to have an innate zooming feature. Many quiz/exam questions also have text that incorrectly states the information provided goes with other questions. The quizzes/exam were clearly pieced together from other documents without taking account for the associated edits. There are also times in the video lessons when the AI voice and the text presented onscreen are in disagreement. It looks like there was no proofreading done at all for the quizzes/exams. Getting past all of these errors, I still think that the course materials are helpful for learning medical billing and coding, especially since the lessons themselves have substantially fewer errors.

I went to college for Medical billing and coding 15 years ago and am now doing this as a refresher and certification. This coursework was great, covered a lot of the same things from my 2 yr degree plus even more depth on specific insurance carriers. Highly recommend for anyone new to billing or returning to continued education.

Awful Course. There's no videos or efforts to breakdown information. You need the coding books or they send you to their website where you'll want to purchase their memberships online. They literally give a pdf view of 25 pages to read or more, then give long, excruciating quizzes and tests. There is no teaching. The course forces you to do independent reading that doesn't cover the quizzes and tests. Quizzes and tests take at least an hour to complete. It's not right. It's torture.

Will not let me resume module 2 in AAPC Medical Biller course. Paying money, but losing time to accomplish anything further...... day 5 of not being able to continue. Dont want to lose any progress.
