Highly instructive course which gives an overview of what Program Management is all about. Learnt about the roles and responsibilities of a program manager and what is the career path of a program manager. The only drawback I have observed in the course is some typo errors which could have been easily avoided. In one of the assignments, I observed that the wrong answer is the correct answer. But overall a good overview on Program Management by IBM.

It clearly outlined the requirements to become a program manager, the key challenges, and the potential opportunities and next steps. Hearing instructors share their real-world experiences offered invaluable insights and guidance especially if you are thinking about pursuing a career in program management or making a career change. I definitely recommend this course to anyone interested in becoming a program manager!
