This final module guides learners through a reflective journey to uncover and understand their personal strengths using tools such as the CliftonStrengths assessment. Through structured self-assessment and storytelling exercises, students will identify key talents and analyze how these strengths have manifested in real-life situations using situation action result stories. Learners will also evaluate how their unique capabilities can be leveraged in academic and research contexts, fostering greater self-awareness and intentionality in their educational journey.
