Strong leadership starts with how you show up in conversations. In this module, you’ll develop the communication skills that separate reactive managers from intentional leaders. You’ll explore how effective listening builds trust, how strategic dialogue influences outcomes, and how clear, confident communication drives alignment and performance. Rather than focusing on theory alone, this module emphasizes practical, real-world application.
