This course should have been more comprehensive, too condensed with less theoritical information or references, only featured case studies.

This course on Operations Systems Excellence that I audited was subpar to the other high-quality courses I have completed on Coursera. It is a mere summary of readings and a couple of case studies. The lessons were extremely short, and the videos were boring, with no enthusiasm from the instructor. I would not recommend this course.
