This course provides key strategies for managing organizational change. The key is that change fails when organizations override/ skip to take shortcuts. it enables a climate for change which provides a people centric approach to dealing with resistance and driving successful change.

Very insightful!
Nice
The structure of the course did not make any sense which made it hard for me to make sense of the tens of short lessons. And I don't know what to do with the 50 overlapping and jumbled handouts in the download packet. Sometimes the graphics were distracting. There were 2 random videos from some other group stuck in at the end that were only tangentially relevant because they used the word "change". As another reviewer mentioned, the AI coach was useful and maybe the smartest part of the course.
Good quick summary of change management. There are random videos at the end that don't seem connected to the course. The tests could be better, particularly the last test which is meant to be about the whole course is just two questions you could answer without doing the course.
The interactive exercise with the AI coach has errors.
This course was too basic and threw a lot of information at people without application or skill development. The AI coach portion was the only actually valuable part. I also liked the coaching handouts, but they were not discussed in the course at all.
