The course is very well explained and aligned to basic requirements to be a Project Manager but it can be little short and upto the point, cause for working professionals like me. it is too lengthy.

I'm giving it a five star because it taught me a lot about project management; starting from budgeting to risk management to effective communication skills. It was a whole lot but it worth it!

Be careful before enrolling and paying for this course, as the promised certificate may not be guaranteed. I completed the course successfully and paid all required fees, but I have not been able to obtain my certificate. They require ID verification, and their automated system rejects my Syrian passport. I am a legal resident in Portugal, but my residency permit is currently in the renewal process. I have official proof that the renewal is in progress, and my previous residency title remains valid until the process is completed. Despite this, Coursera has not provided me with a manual verification option. I have contacted the support team multiple times over more than one month, but I have not received a clear answer or a practical solution. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, especially after successfully completing the course.

I enrolled in this course intending to pay for just one additional month, but I was automatically placed into a recurring subscription without any clear notification or warning before being charged. Because I didn’t know the charge was coming, I didn’t have the chance to cancel in time. When I contacted customer support to request a refund, I was told it wasn’t possible. I currently don’t have the time to participate in the course, so being charged for something I can’t use is incredibly frustrating. This experience left me feeling misled and unsupported. I would strongly encourage clearer billing notifications and more flexible customer service policies.
