This course reminded me of why Real Estate Development matters for entire communities.

This course was a great introduction to real estate development. It wasn't too far-reaching, but it also guided students along the new concepts with ease so that we could efficiently expand our knowledge base. Explanations were succinct yet substantive, and I had great exposure to evaluation tools used by real development professionals.
