Content is old, some of the videos doesn't have transcript and/or subtitles, misleading words in the transcript and also, something that they don't say clearly but in the description of the course is, you need to complement it with a book. It's good to know what is it about but I wouldn't recommend

There are some videos with very low voice, so I can't hear clearly. Unfortunately, some of the low-voice videos don't have the subtitle/transcript.

The course suffers from misalignment between instruction and assessment, unclear or missing foundational explanations, and poor production quality—making it frustrating. Several exam questions reference material that is never taught or defined in the course, including Belbin team roles, Black Belt training expectations, and key Lean concepts. Core tools like histograms and Pareto charts are assigned without instruction, forcing learners to seek external resources despite being graded. This is compounded by ambiguous quiz questions, inconsistent audio quality, and distracting production issues, all of which undermine clarity, trust, and learning effectiveness.

this is terrible. the sound is inconsistent. the deck looks 20 years old and poorly done even by those standards. the speakers are not well-trained, stumbling over words, pausing for long periods as if they are reading the script, and not speaking clearly. if i had paid for this course by itself, I would have requested a refund.

The course content is very good; however, I am having technical difficulties. Many videos have broken audio, and others lack subtitles in both English and Spanish. This makes it very difficult to follow the lessons and fully understand the material.

Some helpful information, overall poor execution. Text is read off of badly designed slides, grammatical errors, no application of content, exam questions are poorly written and test memorization of facts rather than the understanding.

Content sometimes is incomplete. Many videos lacks of transcript and audio is very low

Waste of time. "Instructor" seems to be trying to speed run through videos. Quizzes do not reflect the material covered in the videos.

The content is riddled with errors and graded assessments ask questions that are not covered in the course content.

I dropped out. This course was created in 2016. I will look for a more contemporary course
