This course was engaging and highly practical. I appreciated how it combined research-based insights with hands-on exercises, like talking to strangers and practicing follow-up questions. The lessons on mirroring, using the language of common life, and active listening were especially valuable, and I feel more confident applying these skills in both professional and personal conversations. I would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their communication and connection with others.
