For a 2 hours course covering basics of systems thinking , this course overdelivered :-) was expertly delivered, course objectives were very clear , content and assessments was designed to meet the learning objectives. Facilitator was fluent, articulate and cases used were powerful enough to grasp key points. Even though the course says it is 2 hours , I personally took more than 8 hours as I found a lot of interesting points that I was excited to delve deeper into. Convinced that this course is pivotal in doing more advanced courses in Systems Thinking .

This is a good and quick online course to understand what systems thinking is. The manner in which the terminologies were explained and related to examples made it easier for those who are first timers understand them.

I love this instructor. He's informative and engaging, but but lesson 3 of the course has some issues. The first and second videos of lesson 3 are reversed so the intro is in the second video. The titles and quiz questions are correct for the video that is supposed to be shown. So if you see this review before watching this course, make sure to watch Lesson 3 Video 2 before video 1.
