This course is an excellent resource for anyone working in a team or leading a team. It is timely and topical, and covers practical questions and challenges of group communication rather than just focusing on theory. The assignments are interesting and thought-provoking. The focus on issues that seem unrelated at first glance - identity, diversity and use of technology - and the way it cohesively weaves them together under the umbrella of effective communication is especially appreciable.

Just wrapped up and it was super eye-opening! I got a solid grasp on how groups develop, from how norms and roles shape up to spotting decision-making traps like status quo bias. It was great to learn practical tips for better decision-making and boosting creativity.
