Additionally, you’ll describe how to present UX research findings to the stakeholders and write insights for the improvement. You’ll choose a product idea, such as a finance tracker or bookstore app, and conduct mini UX research, synthesize findings into personas and insights, prioritize features, and design a clear sitemap. By the end of the module, you’ll create a polished slide deck and case study presentation that showcases your UX skills and is ready to include in your professional portfolio.
