The instructor spoke too fast, even with slowing down the speed using the Coursera tools which made it painful, it was hard to listen to this instructor. There was also too much background noise (other folks in the room, an echo in one or two of the lessons, etc.). The instructions were good, but there is so much more that could have been provided as an introductory topic than was given here.

Dual screen is super slow, tasks are given mid-presentation which I think is better to be separate and solution doesnt have to be shared on-screen. Does gave me insight of what this career would look like, and I just wonder why I still couldn't land a job eventhough I am qualified

Azt írták ki, hogy az én időzónámban nem elérhetó a demó, ezért nagy nehézségek árán jutottam csak hozzá. Furcsán rövidnek tűnt, illetve azt jelzi ki hogy még 3 olvasmány és előadást kéne megcsinálnom, ami furcsa, mivel egy tesztet már teljesítettem, de azt hittem több is van.

This free course was very high level. However, this was a good course for me to get a feel for how the guided instruction courses work . If you are looking for a quick introduction to business plans and process flows this will be a good course for you.

Actually a 3.5. A good, high level intro to biz analysis. Parts went a bit too fast on the modeling and Lucid instructions and was constantly rewinding (I know that part of the process).

Hands-on learning works well for me but I would have liked more guided teaching in terms of questions to reflect on and to look to unearth underlying principles and concepts.

This Course has a lot to learn if we want to make a business grow considering it current situation and how we can better it using business analysis and process management

it is a good course to learn basics. I feel it will be better if the instructor can slow down so we have time to digest the content and proceed.

Felt rushed, directions on labs confusing and presentation slides need a lot of work. Unfortunate as this is an important topic.
