Bethany has two master's degrees, one in mathematics education and the second in instructional design. Experienced in training and development with many years of experience in assessment, eLearning, and instructional design. She excels at applying knowledge of learning science and instructional design models to assist SMEs in the design of online, blended/hybrid and face-to-face technology-enhanced courses.
