This course is for talent acquisition professionals who are looking to improve their onboarding by developing a structured onboarding process.
According to a study by the Wynhurst Group, when employees go through structured onboarding, they are 58% more likely to remain with the organization after three years. Finding and hiring the right candidate is not the end of the candidate experience. This is the time to really roll out the red carpet and ensure that the onboarding process is structured and effective.
By the end of this course, you will be able to increase retention & engagement through communication, incorporate performance goals, key relationships & metrics, create a system for continued improvement and much more!
To be successful in this course, you should have at least 2 years of work experience.
