Focusing too much on the work process instead of teaching the actual tools needed. Less focus on teamwork and in-office stuff, and more on the actual work and tools that will be necesarry.

All the extra documents that had to be opened to answer the questions, in week 4 of Course 2 graded quiz, made it confusing and it seemed unnecessary. But it was too much extra documents.

Good course for developing people skills but I wish there were more technical assignments integrated with SQL and Python. There are (technically) but you have to enroll in other courses.

Amazing content very well explained. The only down side is that towards the end of the course the google documents link wasn't working and had to ask for permission that was not granted.

The course should focus more on hard skills than the soft skills. I feel like it was bit too general and i didn't find myself motivated enough to go through such a baby course.

Great teaching and theory. Disappointed with the practical work. The course often felt like a sales pitch for IBM Clouldant then a training course on how to use the product.

This course was helpfull. The desing of course could be improved. I do not get why spreadsheet has been added to ask part while it has to do more with the analysation part.

I love the course. It gives more knowledge about calculation using excel or spreadsheet. It gives insight about having an effective communication and leading great meeting

The course fee is very decieving. If you enroll for this certificate which has eight courses, it doesn't tell you for how may cources out of eight course are you enrolled.

Some of the topics feel unstructured. In some videos Ximena starts talking about something, in an introductory way, and then the subject changes, which makes it confusing.

Although I enjoyed this course. This course could have been condensed into 2 or 3 weeks. As I feel most of the course was based off of corporate team/peer practices.

I recognize that this course is for true beginners, but I feel that a secondary test that would allow students to bypass effective communication would be beneficial.

I would have loved to get started with some more SQL, R or, Python by now. Still, great feedback on how to become a Data Analyst within an organization or a company.

Mostly fine and a good intro, but week 4 is almost entirely about how to be a good employee and feels distressingly out of place on top of being horrendously boring

The course is very much on soft skills. I anticipate to see more real-world examples and videos of higher quality instead of just instructors talking to the camera.

I learned some interesting things like what type of questions could be asked, how to effectively communicate with stakeholders but the course was very theoretical.

This course provide some excellent video, for example, structure thinking, how to ask proper questions, etc. However, some courses are basic level, like Excel..

I would love more practice problems and examples with spreadsheets. Questions helped me evaluate if I was actually retaining information. More practice problems.

I felt this 2nd course a little bit slow and repetitive. Probably it was because I have make it with previous knowledge and through the course I get unfocussed.

Same feedback as the first. A bit too long and too foundational. I tried to move through this one faster but had trouble with the quiz for module 2.

I found the videos to contain too much general knoweledge like communication skills, etc. would prefer it to skip that as it seems self-explanatory

I feel like the content and what they were trying to teach was a bit all over the place. The order of information doesn't make sense all the time.
