This course is intended for managers, supervisors, team members, team leaders, project managers, mentors, and anyone who needs to coach and provide constructive criticism as part of their job, and who wants to learn how to apply the coaching process to successfully improve the performance of others.
In this course, you will: define coaching and determine how you want to coach, build a foundation for coaching, establish a coaching process, execute a coaching plan, and coach teams and coach remotely.
