Very insightful and I received information that I needed for my job regarding how to interact with a patient that I may have and how to receive pertinent information from the patient regarding COVID-19 and actions to take.

Great course learned some new information about COVID-19. Also learned some contact tracing skills that I cant wait to put to use. Also some of the skills could be used in customer service or just everyday life in general.

Very well organized! The course was organized into small chunks that you could hear and read along with the lecturer. The tests were excellent educational reinforcement to successfully pass the final exam. One of the best!

Brilliantly designed for effecive learning about contact tracing. Everyone needs to enrol with this course. More such courses should be introduced to promote better understanding of Covid-19 and other types health issues.

I found this class to be informative and a good experience. Not only does it educate on COVID19, it also explores more about the job, ways to trouble shoot, communicate, and collect information in the most effective way.

This course was excellent in its presentation and in the way it presented so many aspects of the issue including ethics, law and how to build rapport with someone in a bad situation in order to persuade them to cooperate.

I enjoyed taking this contact tracing class and learned many new skills in the rpocess. plus it helped me understand Covid-19 better. the information was easy to understand and was presented on a clear and concise manner.

Straight forward course, clear for even those new to understanding some of the more technical terms used throughout the modules. I enjoyed it and feel I learned a lot about COVID-19, as well as how to be a contact tracer.

Had a few issues with isolation /quarantine As I prefer to err on side of caution. But upon becoming more familiar with the guidelines, I’ll become even more of an expert tracer. My goal is to train or run my own facility
