This was a fantastic course! The graphics were right on, pace of slides made it easy to follow along, and the narration was done at pace that enabled my notes to be legible and not chicken. Scratch. Lol...

Presentation was very good. Slide were concise, but presenter added value not just read slides. Videos of case and contact interaction were very informative showing both good and ineffective interactions.
