Very well designed and put together. Flowed well from one section to the other and knowledge checks were helpful but not overbearing as some other courses. I learned a lot.

Very informative course, and offered example scenerios to better explain the techniques to use on the phone with cases and how to handle certain situations. Highly recommend!

This course is free (at least currently), easily to use and to learn the Basics of Contact Tracing. Videos and slides offer a glimpse at what being a Contact Tracer is like.
