I am a retired nurse and I took the course because it sounded interesting and I hoped to learn more. I enjoyed the course and would now like to become a contact tracer.

This course is very thorough and clear. The information was presented in an easily understandable fashion and gave relevant information to the current COVID-19 outbreak.

I primarily took this to understand how contact tracing would be implemented so that I could support family and friends if necessary. I thought it was very interesting.

Timely learning from authentic source. This course through Coursera gave me thorough knowledge and needed skill set in emphatically approaching Covid cases and contacts.

The module is informative and clear. I particularly liked the quizzes at the end of every section because they provided the ability to test myself on what I had learned.

Lots of important and interesting information. I need to go back and really iron down the timings for isolation and quarantine but that will come if I use the material.
