Very informative course, gives a lot of information about the nature of COVID-19 and the ways contact tracing are used to fight it.

Very well arranged and phrased to teach process of contact tracing. It also teaches how you should communicate with a case/contact.

This was an effective course. Information was clear, easy to understand, and in chunks that were well-timed. Assessments were fair.

Gave lots of structure to the task, would be nice if there was an org chart to show where the contact tracer fits into the process.
