I have a new respect for the Health Department and contact tracers. While I knew much of the material, there were several pieces I was not aware of. This course has also increased my level of respect for avoiding possible exposure by the information regarding reproductive number.

I had a wonderful experience learning about contact tracing under Dr. Emily Gurley. The basics of Covid 19, identifying a case/contact, the way to handle complicated situations as a contact tracer, the way to communicate were simply phenomenal. Kudos to Dr. Emily Gurley and team.

I am in the HR profession and took this course to plan for our company's return back to the office. Loved the material, the set up of the course, and the knowledge checks. I would also recommend to all of those who uncertain about COVID-19 and want to be aware and knowledgeable.

Great course, I wish more people would take it. I feel Contract tracing is essential if we are going to beat this disease. Even if you don't end up working as a contact tracer, you will learn valuable information about how to protect yourself and your loved ones from Covid-19.

I found this training to be very informative. I feel I learned more about this virus through this training then on TV or social media. I believe I would be a great Contact Tracer if given a chance. I would recommend this training to others that wanted to know more about COVID-19.

I really got a real good glimpse on the ends and outs of contact tracing . A balance of social worker and investigator. And to be empathic to what a lot of people are going through. I'd like to thank the instructor she was really proficient and I could understand every exercise.

This is a must-do course for all Contact tracers and those willing to volunteer in this period of crisis. The course has been articulated with relevant content, real-life video demonstrations, Q&A which makes the learner learn by living the experience of an actual contact tracer.

Really thorough work on the teaching of this course. The pace was excellent and the terminology presented was easy to learn and follow. Really appreciated the vignette examples and having the student become aware beforehand of the complexities that such work can and will present.

This course was very educational and informative. It was very organized, interesting and easy to comprehend. This course is great not only for contact tracers but would be beneficial to anyone else in order to educate themselves about certain aspects of the covid-19/coronavirus.

This topical course not only shared the basic knowledge and skills that a contact tracer needs but also explored common complexities that can arise in this line of work. Excellent for self- development and a wider understanding of the worldwide pandemic we find ourselves facing.

Good overview of contact tracing with clear examples. The course provides good foundational knowledge and introduces some basic technology content. Specific technology tools and platforms will still need to be covered separately in trainings by local public health departments.
