Excellent course. The course was easy to follow with many knowledge checks in place. Content was very thorough and paced well. I would recommend to anyone who not only wants to learn about contact tracing for COVID-19, but who also wants to know about the virus itself.

I learned a lot from this course even as they updated. This course helped with my personal life and learning. It also looks like it will be a great stepping stone towards a new career path since my corporate travel career is currently at a standstill after 35 years.

Great course for simple and advanced techniques to be an effective contact tracer. Easy to understand and very comprehensive in a reasonable amount of time. I enjoyed being about to speed up the video and sometimes read the transcript of the video while it was playing.

In this day of the CoVid-19 Pandemic, everyone should help to stop the spread of this highly contagious disease. This is a big way to help .... I have learned so much about this disease and how infectious it is that I would highly recommend everyone to take this course.

Is a very useful certification to obtain because provide different tools for identify a person with covid-19 and make the correct steps for identify a case and close contact and for this reason is an excellent tool for trying to stop the spread and outbreak of covid-19.

Very well done! Sections were clearly laid out and flowed from one to the next in a logical fashion. Also, none of the videos were too long before you were quizzed so information was fresh and you could review quickly if you had not absorbed the information correctly.

This course was very well thought out and organized. I learned a lot about contact tracing. It was very helpful and informative. It has already helped me review my interview process and update it to be more effective. It gave me the guidance needed to work efficiently.

This course gave me not just very clear and complete knowledge of COVID-19 that I expected, but also teach me more about ethics, active listening and other skills that would be useful not only for our career but also in our daily life to better communicate with people.

I enjoyed taking this course. The information for each module was very informative as well as thorough. I like the format used to deliver the information with regards to the sequence, pace, visuals, & quizzes, etc This was a great resource & I learned a lot.

Incredibly helpful course. Superb instruction by Dr. Gurley, which made the information easy to understand and incredibly useful. I'd definitely take another course with Dr. Gurley, and would wholeheartedly recommend Coursera as a useful platform for distance education.

The course is well set. It was very easy to understand the covid-19 situation and about contact tracing works in these situation. The material was easy and well taught. The videos showing operators to engage with people helped to understand the steps of contact tracing.

Thank you for providing this very informative and knowledgeable course materials. I now better understand what Covid-19 is and does. I was thinking about becoming a Contact Tracer and I believe that this course has provided me the skills to pursue this important work.

Very comprehensive training that taught the basics about the disease, how the disease spreads and the importance of contact tracing. It also provided terrific examples on how to communicate, showing examples of empathic listening and best responses to building rapport.

This course provides the basics of the disease and contact tracing very well. It is well organized and well presented. The video samples of calls are very well done. I hope that I can use what I've learned to help my community and state reduce the spread of the disease.

Even though I have a medical background I learned a lot about the virus, the contagious period, and the infectious period. The communication portion was a good refresher and reminder to be more present when speaking with people, no matter how busy or tired I might be.
