This course was informative, efficient and easy to follow. It is filled with the necessary information about contact tracing and the basics of COVID-19. Also, vignettes were a great help in understanding the skills needed by a contact tracer.

This course was in-depth on contact tracing and gave great information on how to navigate through cases and contacts, along with tracing and the social aspects that goes along with it. I will use and refer to this course during this pandemic.

A very informative and easy to follow course with some excellent examples and testing of knowledge throughout. I am pleased that I opted to pay for the certificate at the end. I shall now look at other courses that will be useful for my CPD.

Instructor was very clear; the course provided slides of her points so one could read and listen simultaneously. It provided good information on origin, transmission, what quarantine and isolation entails as well as basic communication tips.
