Thank you! My only comment was in the very first scenario (not played out, just written) the health department person had a very white-sounding name and the person with COVID-19 had a non-white sounding name. I would encourage changing this.

This course was very helpful for me and thanks to its instructions i'm now able to identify the risks of covid-19 and how to prevent my familly and me from and dangerous infections. I also learned what a contact tracing is and how it's done.

Very informative. Well laid out and detailed. Some of the questions within the vignette quizzes need better specificity and clarity as sometimes I wasn't sure what the question was asking because there could have been more than one answer.

You are never to old to learn something new and in this case important.

Excellent course. Concepts were explained with sufficient detail to be able to understand and see their application. Not overly detailed as to obscure the content. Videos helped prepare for scenarios that may come up during contact tracing.

I have no background in this area, but was able to understand the concepts well and pass the final exam. Very well presented and explained. Just the right amount of technical info for a layman to do contact tracing. Thank you Johns Hopkins!

Taking this course really gave me more insight into how we all can work together to control this pandemic. It was really interesting and cool to see how contact tracing worked. This course was straightforward and quite simple to understand.

The course was good and easy to follow. The information was seperated into smaller chunks so that receiving the information wasn't overwhelming. The quizzes after each chapter kept me engaged and helped reinforce in my mind the main points.

This is a very interesting course. I never knew that I would enjoy Public Health as much as I have. It kept me curious and engaged and wanting to know more about helping others in my community to stay safe and stop the spread of COVID-19.

Great organization of material, concepts and information was clear and easy to understand. Role plays were well done and effective in showing real situations. One of the role plays was difficult to hear, The final one done by the young man.
