By the end of this course, you will be able to identify the four stages of the candidate journey: attract, convert, close, and delight. You will be able to give examples of how to keep the candidate engaged throughout the process, after the offer, and beyond. You’ll learn how to create a positive experience even when turning down a candidate by providing personalized responses, and much more!
