In today’s dynamic business landscape, retaining top talent is critical to organizational success. Turnover carries significant cost, disrupts productivity, and undermines morale. This course equips executives and HR leaders with the skills, tactics, and strategies to design and implement effective retention systems.
This module explains why retention is a top business priority amid shifting employee expectations and macroeconomic trends. Using motivation theory, it pinpoints what creates “stickiness” across the employee lifecycle and at different career stages. It highlights high-impact practices such as reverse mentoring(millennials mentoring more tenured colleagues) to foster mutual learning, growth, and commitment for both mentors and mentees. By the end, leaders can diagnose retention risks and apply targeted, motivation-based interventions that strengthen loyalty and reduce regrettable attrition.
