Course provided several "ah ha" moments. I will use the content. The feedback portion of the final submission 21-day plan was not usual, thoughtful or provided in the spirit of lending assistance to a fellow classmate. I can only speak about the feedback or lack thereof that I was provided. Overall, I would continue taking a Pt 2 or 3 of this course if it was available because it was very helpful--personally and professionally.

GOOD

This course covers the barebones fundamentals of emotional intelligence. Workplace scenarios are far more complex than those outlined in the course. This course should recommend a few books to supplement the material.

It was slow, could have been more engaging - the grading part was really frustrating. It was not user friendly although I am a millennial. Summaries were in other languages and Coursera would not translate. It also seemed outdated, wish it was more engaging and not as dull. Also articles shouldn't been mandatory for course completion - that should be leisurely reading. I love this topic but not the course.
