Ethical Hacking Essentials is an introductory cybersecurity course that covers ethical hacking and penetration testing fundamentals and prepares learners for a career in cybersecurity. The labs he is talking about is in the VMs, like ParrotOS. You do have to go to the EC-Council website to get it. Otherwise, just fire up a virtual machine and follow along. Great course!

Covered everything, Great for begineers. But I will still recommed everyone to knowa basic understanding on networking and layers to understand the concepts more clearly
