This course was very informative, yet to the point. I look forward to the other courses in this specialization.

If there was an actual simulation to enter patient data and schedule appointments and go through that process, I would have given it 5 stars. I learn and retain information from hands-on experience.

the videos with Jessica were so hard to watch because she talks SO slow and she has long pauses in the middle of talking to where it is very very hard to watch, I think you should redo all the videos and have Ebony do them because she is amazing

An upgrade from the first course, but it's not great.
The makers of this course should take some of the other Coursera courses and see how to make more professional videos.

It is basis info. It will be nice to see new data from 2022-23 and not from 2020
Please. Update with new data

I appreciated the key concepts but some lectures were hard to make sense of (like the "disappearing patients" thing).

Badly presented. Poor quality. Annoying instructor. Sounds very monotonous and boring.

The video and narration was not in synch. Lots of noise in the narration.
