I like the content about Spark, it was well organised and demonstrated with hands-on lab, but not for Hadoop (HDFS, Hbase etc). plus the long videos with robotic voice makes it hard to concentrate. In general it was a good course

Synth voice narration quality is truly annoying. I'd expect better from IBM. Course materials are quite superficial, which I guess is acceptable for an introductory course.

I found the course to be a great foundation for understanding how to work with large datasets using Hadoop and Spark, with clear explanations and practical examples.

This is really helpful for me to understand Big Data and Apache Spark!

Good theoretical knowledge on Big data, Hadoop and Apache Spark. However the labs were of very limited scope and didn't provide full hands-on exposure of the tool. Concepts were really difficult to grasp and had to go through the course content few times to clear the final assignment. Not very impressed with the articulation of the concepts discussed in this course. so 3 stars from me.

This is a good course for in depth theoretical knowledge about spark and hadoop but it does not have enough hands-on and the exercises which do have hands-on lack proper explanations of the code that we just mostly copy and paste

The best parts are the labs, on the final exam, there are a lot of questions very confusing and another ones that I marked correctly and the review said that I was wrong. Videos go super fast.

The automated voices are really distracting, and the explanations in the course are quite surface level. I enjoyed the hands-on training part of the course though.

Good Enough for large sets of data for analysis!!!

this should be its own course with how hard the material felt compared to the rest of the DE certification. you will learn a lot but I often felt more confused at the end of a module than confident I could use this information.

The quizzes were deliberately ambiguous and opinion based. The "hands on lab" is no better than just opening up the spark documentation.

Worst tutorial ever watched. Explained very badly had to completed the entire course just because i paid money for it.AI is talking an explaining every thing. Better to learn form youtube than watch this shit. After watch 10 mins i would get pissed at their teachings

If it weren't a requirement for a uni course, I wouldn't have started another IBM course. In general, the material is of low quality, read by a robot, poorly made quizzes and a lot of theory without reasonable practice exercises.

It was too difficult for an Intermediate learner profile. In addition, most of the questions were misleading. This was the worst course ever made. Sorry..

this course is simply outrageous. completely bugged, unclear instructions, none of those responsible care about anything
