As someone who has worked at an OPM (online program management) company before, developing executive education courses, I found the production of this course to be subpar. There are numerous QA errors (for example, one of the guest instructors is saying "tech stack" but it appears on the slides and captions as "text tech"). The design of the slides don't factor in caption placement on the Coursera platform, where the captions often block crucial content on the slides. While I appreciate the inclusion of experts, they are mostly reading scripts and often looking off camera (with a major exception from Ramanujan Srinivasan who is easily the most engaging expert in the course - loved his contributions!) I'm also confused as to who the target is for this course. Some of the activities are so basic (like how to make a simple table in Excel) that it feels like it is for someone with zero technical skills. But then other activities (such as the final project) require some domain expertise to fully get the value out of completing the activity. If you haven't worked in healthcare, how would you know all of the implications needed to make a digital transformation of a medium-sized hospital? Ultimately, this falls way short of what I would expect from IBM in terms of quality. While I find it useful to understand some core concepts and learn the "language" of becoming a business analyst, it leaves much to be desired.

I think this is too advanced especially those who are beginners.

The course is good. After completing only the first module, I began to think like a Business Analyst. But as a fresher, with no prior experience, I found the content of this course slightly hard to grasp, especially the final project. I don't think that the projects are for beginners, or someone who lack domain knowledge. If this course had more guided projects, case studies, scenario based examples, I would have given this course more stars.
