Completed it in a day but haven't read the recommended texts yet - which I will do. Some extremely interesting and thought-provoking material. Would have liked more than 3 weeks

Great brief overview of the core concepts, however, sometimes not clear how to develop and work on required skills to enhance self-development in particular direction.

I feel like I learned some concepts but the practical learning at he end wasnt what I expected when I enrolled.

Great as a really broad overview, but not great if you crave and need more detailed content.

the peer graded assignment is too difficult for non-native speakers of English

Useful tips, but for the little amount of material, it's not worth $70.

Topics didn't dive deep enough, the presenter was annoying.

Reflection on Level 1 – High Performance Collaboration: Leadership, Teamwork, and Negotiation I truly benefited from this level on a personal and professional level. It reshaped my understanding of leadership—not as merely giving orders, but as a journey of adoption, encouragement, inclusion, and embracing differences. I learned how to deal with each team member individually, how to uplift the team as a whole, and how to create a healthier, more collaborative environment. It also deepened my skills in negotiation, team dynamics, and role distribution, all of which are essential to being an effective leader. I’m genuinely amazed by how much I’ve learned from just this one level — and excited for what’s next.

This course was a great learning opportunity for me. It helped me gain some new knowledge in collaboration, leadership, teamwork, and negotiation, which is very important for any professional who wants to work effectively with others and achieve their goals.

My suggestion to improve the content in the future is to emphasize more on the skills of each subject instead of just knowledge. For example, instead of just explaining the concepts and principles of collaboration, leadership, teamwork, and negotiation, the instructor could also provide more examples and exercises on how to apply these skills in real-life situations. This would make the course more practical and relevant for the learners.

Any leader who wishes to upskill his leadership capabilities can enroll to this course and get benefitted. I have enjoyed learning the topics on Emotional, Organizational & Cultural Intelligences, Team Building, Team Creativity and Win-win Negotiations. Outstanding course. Very impressed with Professor Leigh Thompson. Her real life examples at the beginning of each segment set the stage perfectly. I captured tons of notes on all the strategies outlined and absolutely will weave them into my daily routines. I also felt the the exercises were an excellent opportunity to showcase what we covered. Completing this course was a welcomed refreshing break from my daunting experience of searching for a new career opportunity due to corporate restructures.

Superb course to get a very good understanding of leadership, teamwork and negotiation. How to put this into action and practice it. Good course to get a quick and comprehensive overview to getting teams to collaborate and generate impact. It ignites the thought process and steers you to making conscious decisions towards effective teamwork, negotiation and high performance. Ofcourse you have to read other stuff if you want to dig deeper but I felt this was an excellent capsule to catapult you to that path.
