Me gustó mucho el curso, pero me hubiera gustado que el profesor enfatizara más y mejor en el liderazgo femenino. En términos generales vi un liderazgo masculino en el curso, lo que me hace pensar que sigue la hegemonía masculina y la noté también en los videos, en las imágenes, que la mayoría eran de varones. No obstante lo anterior, me gustó mucho el curso y me cautivó al inicio lo relacionado al ciclo automático del comportamiento y el capital psicológico, que como investigadora he trabajado ese tema en mi país. Sin duda, aprendí cosas para mi vida personal (poder personal) y el tema del liderazgo hacia arriba me parece muy bueno. Falta una estrella en mi valoración, por lo relacionado con la visión masculina del liderazgo. Sugiero equilibrar en este sentido la temática e incluir una perspectiva femenina y masculina.

I have recently completed a Leadership Skills course, and I must say it's the best course I've done so far. The instructor and course content were incredibly helpful, and the delivery was exceptional. The course's instructional design and delivery were rich and exciting, making the learning experience truly engaging. I am thrilled to have completed this course and am grateful for the fantastic learning opportunities provided by Coursera!

We all have some or few leadership qualities in us, its just that we need a direction to focus and practice those enabling us enhance ourselves in the long run. I am extremely thankful to the instructor Mr. Vishal Gupta who has touched almost all the points which we come across in daily life. With the help of this course we can look into ourselves and just changing or modifying certain skills we can change ourselves from managers to leaders. Wish them all the very best.
