The way that the course is layed out works really well for me as someone who struggles to focus. I appreciate that the script is written under the video and that the videos are short and well structured. To retain the information, however, I like to copy-paste the script into my notes, that way I have an easy access to the material. Unfortunately, I was unable to copy-paste on this course and whenever I tried to "save the note" there was an issue where I couldn't select what I wanted exactly from the notes and a larger section would get picked up. For the assignment, I would add a "submit" button. That way it is clear that the assignment was submitted. The feedback from the peers is confusing and it took me a very long time to find where the feedback was. Other than that, great course!

This course is a true model in adult learning. You will get out of it what you get into it. Anyone can finish this course. However, recruiters should request submission of the final project document as an exemplar of work. If that was added to this course, people would put more into their submissions.

Instructor talked too fast at times. Some quizzes that popped up during the session did not give learner the question before moving on to next topic. Test questions were confusing at times, could've been worded better. Learned a lot of information about learning and development types.

The course was helpful, but the typos in the written material & transcripts of the videos (including the quizzes, assignments, and graded exams) were incredibly distracting and sometimes contradictory to what the presenter was saying in the video.

The course provided good introduction to the topic of Learning and Development. Some videos were repeating the same information, most of the readings were just videos in the text version rather than new stuff.

Good course with fairly varied delivery methods. Assessments sometimes rely on actual words in the dialogue rather than the principles of the Key Learning Point. I would recommend.
