There is no way I can practice my knowledge. No project. No pratical where we can test ourselves.

No hands-on content within the course. You pass without even watching the videos, just retake the tests as many times as you want. Sure there is some useful information in them, but downloading the exam objectives and researching each one individually would likely be more effective for studying for the Linux+ certification.
